Hey I’m Hannah, a Michigan-based wedding, elopement and portrait photographer!

I fell in love with the art of photography and my first camera back in 2017 and haven’t looked back. I truly love my job!

I could talk all day long about hiking, books, junk journaling, paddleboarding, videogames and riding motorcycles. I prefer matcha iced, wandering barefoot, breakfast for dinner, and flower crowns.

Originally from a small town in South West Michigan, my husband and I packed up and moved across the country to call Oregon home for about 8 years. My love for the outdoors lead me to start photographing clients in several gorgeous settings of the PNW. Since moving back to Grand Rapids, Michigan, my heart has been split between the mountains and the Great Lakes. I now travel back and forth often for clients and adventures.

My ultimate goal is to photograph real people, in the vulnerable and special moments of their lives. With authenticity, empathy, and adaptation. Every day is filled with fleeting moments that I believe can be made a lasting memory within a photograph. The giddy way you feel about being newly engaged? The belly laughs from your children during your family session? The quiet, intimate moments during your ceremony? I aim to capture those candid moments so you never forget them!

The relationship between myself and the people I photograph is so special to me. The trust to help make you feel comfortable and confident is something I take to heart.
